LISD Council of PTAs Historian's Scrapbook Competition

The 2008-09 LISD Council Historian Guidelines for the Scrapbook Evaluation are now available!  Please note there are two different events in which you can submit the “history” of your Board.  The first deadline is the Area 16 Evaluation (click here to download Area 16 forms) from http://www.area16pta.org/PDFs/historianguidelines.pdf .  The deadline for the Area 16 entries is April 14, 2009.  Please deliver your Scrapbook on or before April 14 to 3303 Willow Ridge Circle in Carrollton.  Any books received after the 14^th will not be judged.  There will be an ice chest at the front door for you to put your book in.  Please take proper precautions to protect your book from the weather. If you submit your entry to Area 16 (and we hope you do), don’t stop there!  Your scrapbook will be available for pick up at the Area 16 Spring Conference in Denton on April 25, 2009.

After you pick up your books at the Spring Conference, don’t stop there.  Make any additions for events during the last few weeks of school and be ready to turn your books in for the LISD Council of PTA’s Evaluation due on or before June 15^th.  Check back for details on where the drop off location will be.
