All entry forms should be in a sheet protector that is attached to the entry.

Literature Entries |
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
All literature entries should be submitted in a standard
size manila folder.
|

|
Music, Dance & Film Entries |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|||
|
|
|
|
|
All music, dance and film entries should be submitted in a 9
inch by 12 inch size manila envelope.
|
|
|
|
Art & Photo Entries |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|||
|
|
|
|
|
Art entries may not be larger then 24 inches by 30 inches
including mat.
Photo entries may not be larger then 11 inches by 14 inches
including mat unless it is a collage of other people’s photos
and is submitted as a Visual Art entry.
